• Upon medical registration: gender, date of birth, address, and medical records required by law (Medical Service Act, Art. 22)
• Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, visit timestamps, and service usage logs
• Collection methods: consultation form on this website, phone/KakaoTalk inquiry, paper intake forms at the clinic

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Intake of consultation requests, scheduling, and response
• Provision of medical services and maintenance of medical records
• Identity verification, customer support, and complaint handling
• Compliance with legal obligations and handling of disputes
• Announcement of new services or events (only where you have given consent)

3. Retention and Use Period

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection has been achieved. Where a retention period is required by law, the Clinic retains the information as follows.

• Consultation and reservation records: 3 years from the date of receipt
• Medical records and prescriptions: 5 to 10 years, pursuant to the Enforcement Rule of the Medical Service Act, Art. 15
• Identity-verification and service-use logs: 3 to 6 months, pursuant to the Protection of Communications Secrets Act
• Records related to advertising and contract performance: 5 years, pursuant to the E-Commerce Act

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Clinic does not share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases.

• Where the user has given prior consent
• Where required by law or lawfully requested by an investigative authority
• Where information is aggregated for statistical or academic purposes in a form that does not identify individuals

5. Outsourcing of Processing

The Clinic may outsource limited parts of processing to trusted vendors and supervises each vendor to ensure secure handling of personal information.

• Appointment and notification messaging (SMS / Kakao AlimTalk)
• Storage and backup of consultation and reservation data

6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, suspension of processing of, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal information. Requests may be submitted via email or the main contact line, and the Clinic will act without delay in accordance with applicable law.

Information about children under the age of 14 is collected with the consent of a legal guardian.
